Selected Experience: 

 

• Developed sales strategy and messaging for a multimedia patient engagement platform sold to population health managers.  Creatively matched their technology's features to complex reform-driven customer needs.  Partnered with CEO/founder and CRO to define value proposition for this segment. Crafted a novel sales message and trained sales team.

• Partnered with experienced entrepreneur to develop product concept pitch to secure a health system pilot, bringing the concept to life with business problem definition and proposed services.

• Created and executed lead generation and content strategy plus sales messaging for a six-person sales team, supporting $15M+ in annual sales of a technology sold to population health managers and health plans.  Developed custom pitches for large-contract opportunities, presenting an integrated view of diverse services mapped to customer needs and structure.   Served as subject matter expert, originating and writing articles, infographics, and white papers about clinical care applications. 

• Joined corporate launch team as a strategic marketing lead for a suite of healthcare sourcing services sold to hospital CEOs/CFOs, driving growth through the first $12M+ in sales. Created a new industry service category without spend on traditional PR or advertising.  Deployed personal subject matter expertise to influence hospital customers, stakeholder clinicians, and participating clinical and service suppliers.

• Joined corporate launch team as market intelligence specialist, conducting primary research in target segment of governmental healthcare buyers and analyzing the results for executive stakeholders.

• Led product team in launch of a "mini-MBA" training program for physician leaders, teaching the business of health services delivery to hard-to-engage clinicians.

• Led multiple research teams in health services operations and policy analysis, on a wide array of domestic and international topics.
